E-ticket : how does it works ?

1 - Book

Book your e-ticket on or by using the app

2 - Find

Locate your e-ticket in the ‘My tickets’ section of your app: Immediately after booking if you used your Customer Account or booked on your mobile.

3 - Show

Show the e-ticket on your smartphone to the train manager (or a printed copy if you don’t have a smartphone)!


Save your loyalty card in the ‘My Account’ section of your app if you tend to forget things.
