Exchange and refund

You can change the date or time of your Isilines ticket up to six hours before departure for a fee of €8 plus any additional costs for your new schedule. You cannot change the point of departure or destination.

Please note:

• Any tickets for which the date or time has been changed cannot be reimbursed
• The new date and time must be specified when the change is made
• You will not be refunded the difference if the new fare is lower than the original fare
• If the ticket is included in a booking of two or more tickets with the same characteristics and reference number, then the change requested will apply to all the tickets in that booking. If you are unsure about the date or time of one or several tickets in the same booking, we recommend making a separate booking for each journey.

Cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure: will be subject to a 25% deduction of the total fare (€10 minimum fee)
• Cancellations made between 48 hours and up to six hours before departure: will be subject to 50% deduction of the total fare (€20 minimum fee)
• Cancellations made less than six hours before departure (or if the passenger fails to show up for departure), lost or stolen tickets: no refund

Please note:

• Booking fees, boarding taxes and insurance are not refundable
• Any partially used travel tickets cannot be refunded. For return tickets, the return journey is no longer refundable from the date of the outbound journey
