  • The train colmar to Basel arrives 30 minutes delayed. And we lost the connection Basel to Bern then. we had to buy another ticket again. First time with oui.sncf and it will be the last one. Next time: bla bla car. As always.
  • Delayed trains, lack of information, no excuses. Terrible.
  • Plugs near the seats are a plus.
  • No water in the toilets.
  • Train old and unkept
  • the train from Geneva to Lyon was old and rather smelly,
  • Only 2nd class, but payed for 1st class.
  • Even though there was a problem, that couldve been solved easily, you made it seem 10x worse
  • Seniors discount was easy to access via the app.
