  • No way to find a controler to get the people maki_ng noise to STOP making noise!
  • Because the seats aren't reserved, you need to reach 20-25 mins in advance to ensure a good seat.
  • The seat is too big, bring less space for foot/legs. I compare with train in Switzerland, 2nd class and 1st class not much different in space for legs. The seats in your train also not very modern, like old style.
  • Very crowed. I chose 3 for on-board service but there wasn't any.
  • the coaches are old and dirty. Frankly given the outrageous price of the ticket it's a shame. It's cheaper for me to take my car and to pay the full day parking in strasbourg than to take the train as a single passenger, can you believe that ! Regarding services on the train: What services ? - no wifi - no power plugs - nobody selling coffee
  • .
  • The train was cold. It seemed to be a very old train and the seats felt dirty. No WiFi!! It’s 2019!!
  • Very appreciated possibility to carry on bikes for no additional cost on TER
  • The Mulhouse/strasbourg that leaves at 6h46 was late, 15minutes. No information in the train, no controler, no explanation why. I missed the connection in Strasbourg to Metz. In the station, no information, a long queue at the counter, cff app on my phone told me that the next direct connection, is at noon. important meeting in Metz at 9h45! I took finally Uber which costs 220 Euros!
  • Trains arrived but not coordinated. They were very full with no seating
